While HUDU works hard to empower reliable, capable, and professional Doers, there are some circumstances in which a Doer may not be able to complete the project they were awarded. To cancel a Doer on HUDU and award the project to someone else, follow the steps below!
Cancel a Doer who cannot complete a project
To cancel an awarded project, open the project and slide to the Payment tab. Hit the Cancel Project button.
Cancel an unresponsive Doer
To cancel an awarded project, open the project and slide to the Payment tab. Hit the Cancel Project button.
I’m not able to complete a job
If you are a Doer needing to cancel a job you have been awarded, let your Lister know what’s going on so they can unassign you from the project and award someone else. Keep in mind that canceled projects will negatively impact your project completion rating, so do your best to plan ahead and make the project work.
My Lister Canceled a Project Unexpectedly
If a Lister unassigns you from a project unexpectedly, send them a message to request more information, then send a message to support@heyhudu.com to let us know about the incident.
