HUDU’s Expectations and Guidelines

To guarantee 100% satisfaction for both Listers and Doers, we need to make sure all of our users understand HUDU’s expectations. Any negative experience within the HUDU community should be reported to our Support Team. Submit a support ticket or call (662) HeyHUDU to get immediate assistance.

Failing to meet HUDU’s expectations can lead to low reviews or temporary account suspension that would prevent you from doing or listing projects in the future.

HUDU’s Expectations of Doers

    • If a Doer or Lister is late to a project, do your best to contact them
    • After 30 minutes, submit a support ticket to support.heyhudu.com to cancel the project
  • Complete Projects using the HUDU app
    • The Doer is responsible for coordinating and completing all awarded projects

    • Completing HUDU projects outside of the platform will lead to account suspension

    • Work with the Lister ahead of time to determine the full amount you’re willing to be paid for the project
  • Be honest about your qualifications and experience
    • A Doer should be able to complete jobs confidently and completely
    • If a job requires different tools or skills than were expected, work with your Lister to find an agreeable solution, reschedule, or submit a support ticket to support.heyhudu.com to cancel the project
  • Bring your own tools and expertise
    • A Doer should bring tools they have experience using
    • A Doer should clean up all messes that result from the project
